Date Added: 10/05/2014, I am very pleased with the effectiveness of this Brake on my 300 win mag. It expertly diverts the energy through its gills. Am 82 and cannot handle heavy recoil, but just shot 7 shot MOA group without a shoulder pad. I have not one complaint about this clamp on brake. Took it to the range the very next day and WOW!, what a difference. No permanent modifications & you do not need a Gunsmith to install. I highly recommend this Muzzle Brake to my fellow shooters throughout the USA. Installed it as directed and went out and shot it the next day. Date Added: 01/28/2014, Ordered an MB-1 for my Mossberg MVP Varmint. Just the look of it means business, and it does it's job. WOW!!! Installed on my Savage Model 10 Tactical in .308 easily reduced recoil down to a .243 and minimized muzzle flip. One more thing, Witt's clamp on muzzle brake after mounting did not change the point of impact on my 300 WSM. The finish was a good match for the parkerizing on my barrel though. That is one of the hardest kicking guns I have ever owned, actually would frog my shoulder on most shots. Buy this. With a 'In case of measurement error we do re-cut the brakes at no charge' guarantee this is a company that is ready to take care of their customers. Date Added: 02/22/2016, I got this for my Reminton 700 LR in 300 win mag before I put this on I could only shoot around 20 rounds before I started to pull and finch so my shots would be super off now I will shoot with my buddies long range and can put up 60 rounds down range the only reason I stop shooting now is that I would go broke in a few days of having to spend $30 on a box of ammo overall it's a great product and it makes the gun look sexy! Perfect fit, and substantially decreased the recoil. There was also no loss in accuracy at 150 yards. What an improvement. Thanks Ken! It fit perfectly. I also told my friends that it would be best to use measurements for the Ruger American rifle to assure an accurate fit because with Ruger, some larger variations in barrel size does exist. 60% recoil reduction may be an understatement. mag. Date Added: 07/30/2017, I ordered this brake for my 6.5 creedmoor it fit perfect with out any issues.I took it to the range and it reduced my recoil by more than half I can shoot and see my rounds impact on the target .I will be ordering one for my 6.5x47 Lapua thanks for the awesome brake!!! Now to the fun part. I'm now able to put about 50 down range and don't come home with a busted-up shoulder. The performance of the brake was excellent. The reduction in recoil is awesome. Very easy to install and looks great on the gun. I know I know small caliber rifle considered to have little recoil. I can't wait to get one to tame my Rem.
